About ‘Calmsutra with Aditi Surana’

Calmness is an elusive concept for most people. We all wish to be calm, composed and collected however, it is challenging to do that with all the people, situations and chaos around us. 

‘Calmsutra with Aditi Surana’ is my invitation to everyone who keeps feeling stuck and trapped in their everyday stress, to anyone who knows they are running out of battery, to anyone who is battling anxiety, insomnia, PCOS, hypertension or any other stress related physical issues.  

This is an experiential learning process where I use one specific stroke combined with a breathing pattern to relax the mind as well as the body. Stress creates a long lasting effect on your body, it sets in the resistance in some unconscious & unexplainable ways. Over the last 16 years, I have used this one stroke again and again, to create a stable platform for people. 

Come dip your toes, start your day on a calmer note through this fascinating and effective handwriting yoga stroke practice. 

What materials will you need?

  • An A5 ruled notepad or dairy or printouts of the printable sheet, mentioned in the starter kit.

  • A ballpoint pen.

  • 15 minutes of your time.

  • An open mind
